Does anyone else in this group work at CVS? We recently started our Covid-19 testing and I would love to hear other people’s experiences/ tips. Our store only has 1 drive thru lane and it is very busy. Our customers just picking up are getting angry with wait times which I totally get. I have been doing the testing for over a month, so I have pretty much everything down, but still tests take 6-8 minutes per car.

With staff and resources being spread thin, it is not easy to be sure.

Having a large sign expressing the wait time, so the expectations are clear, can help alleviate some frustration.

Perhaps having a separate line for testers and another for your regular customers is another option.  Although, this would require at least two personnel to run the front on some sort of ever-rotating basis.
