I believe that Pathway 1 requires completion of a recognized training program, but it is not specific to any required number of hours, only that you have successfully completed the program.
The Florida Board of Pharmacy indicates that pharmacy technician programs are to be, at minimum, 160 hours and some programs go up to 200 hours. These hours are fairly standard for such programs nationally.
I am not sure what you may be looking at that offers 3 or 5 credits, but I am guessing you may be looking at C.E. (continuing education) courses which would be educational-maintenance requirements for your license and too your certification after you have acquired them through a program and a certification exam respectively. As for an online program platform, there are some on the recognized P.T.C.B. list, but you should check carefully to make sure that any such online programs are recognized by both the P.T.C.B. and the Florida B.O.P.
I would refer you to the links of information regarding approved/recognized programs that are recognized by (hopefully both) the Florida B.O.P. and the P.T.C.B.:
