I could be wrong, but I am thinking that you may be referring to an exam you took at the end of some sort of C.S.P.T. program, one that may have been offered by your employer?
If that is the case, it would not be the same as the C.S.P.T. exam offered by P.T.C.B. which is usually proctored by Pearson Vue as the test provider:
If you have taken the P.T.C.B.'s C.S.P.T. exam as linked above, both you and the P.T.C.B. should have received the results instantaneously.
The N.A.B.P. only records C.E.s (continuing education hours), not necessarily completed programs or certificates. If your course awards C.E.(s), how soon those are reported to the N.A.B.P. is at the course provider's discretion, but I have found most to submit their report within anywhere from instantaneously to a few days later. After the N.A.B.P. receives the report, I feel that they usually post the awarded C.E.(s) within one to two days. You could always check in with your education provider to see if they have submitted your C.E.(s) to the N.A.B.P. yet or not.
