Obtaining the C.S.P.T. certification, I feel, is one of the most influential ways to show your current or desired-future employer your dedication to the sterile-compounding practice.  In sync with this idea, the Hazardous Drug Management certificate too would be beneficial to this position.  Lastly, although this depends on state-to-state allowance, the Technician Product Verification certificate is, I believe, one of the most important toward advancing the technician practice nation-wide.
